New Orleans Saints LB Will Smith (knee) will miss the entire 2013 season after suffering a knee injury during the team’s preseason game Sunday, Aug. 25. The specifics of the injury are not known at this point.
Footballguys View: Another crushing blow to the Saints defense here. They’ve already lost DE Kenyon Coleman and LB Victor Butler for the season as well. We’ll see Junior Galette and Martez Wilson as the team’s starting outside linebackers week one. Just another reason why the Saints will have to win shootouts with opponents if they want to win in 2013.
