Representatives from 16 NFL teams were present in Ames, Iowa, for Iowa State’s pro day, where two potential NFL draft picks worked out. The workout — with the exception of the kicking drills — took place indoors on a FieldTurf playing surface. Jeremiah George, LB (5-foot-11, 228 pounds) — George ran the 40-yard dash in 4.66 and 4.68 seconds. He had a 38-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-9 broad jump (which was more than a foot longer than the 9-8 broad jump posted at the NFL Scouting Combine). Rob Blanchflower of UMass does not work out

Representatives from 27 NFL teams showed up at Massachusetts’ pro day on Tuesday, when 14 players worked out outdoors on FieldTurf in 32-degree temperatures. Unfortunately, the player those representatives were on hand to see didn’t work out.
