Footballguys View: Fowler had an opportunity to be the Broncos no.3 WR last year but he didn’t do much. In 2017, he did set a career high with 29 receptions for 350 yards and three touchdowns. With the Bears, Fowler should compete for the 4th spot on the depth chart behind guys like Allen Robinson, Kevin White and Taylor Gabriel.
