Jacksonville Jaguars DT Malik Jackson reported to organized team activities in better shape than last year, according to defensive coordinator Todd Wash. Jackson’s weight is down, and he’s running well.

Updating previous reports, New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (neck) first experienced neck pain in Week 14 of the 2015 season, and it gradually got worse. ‘It was easy. There was no rehab,’ Enunwa said. ‘I had the surgery. I had a brace for a little bit. I had to sleep a certain way for a few days. After that, it was nothing. I wasn’t allowed to run (in the beginning). Otherwise, there was no rehab. Everything I did was for my legs, so when I got back I could run.’

Seattle Seahawks WR Brandon Marshall indicated that in addition to ankle surgery, he also underwent toe surgery last year to address an injury he suffered back in 2015.

The Kansas City Chiefs re-signed WR Jordan Smallwood on Wednesday, May 30. In a related move, the team waived WR Davon Grayson (undisclosed) with an injury designation. Grayson will revert to Kansas City’s injured reserve if he’s not claimed by another club.

Minnesota Vikings RB Dalvin Cook (knee) said his goal is to be ready for Week 1 and is on track to meet that goal.

Tennessee Titans OT Taylor Lewan said he has not had any serious contract extension talks with the Titans at this point. Lewan is the entering the final year of his current contract.

Los Angeles Chargers QB Philip Rivers said he would be in favor of free-agent TE Antonio Gates (Chargers) re-signing with the Chargers this offseason. Rivers said he talked with Gates last week.

Oakland Raiders WR Amari Cooper (hamstring) did not participate in practice Tuesday, May 29, because of the hamstring injury he suffered last week.

Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett said he would like to get RB Corey Grant on the field more often.

Indianapolis Colts LB Darius Leonard (undisclosed) did not participate in practice Wednesday, May 30, because of an undisclosed injury.
