A warrant for the arrest of San Francisco 49ers LB Ahmad Brooks has been put on hold over whether he should be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony. Brooks allegedly assaulted DT Lamar Divens, who initially wanted to press charges, but has since changed his mind. Brooks allegedly struck Divens in the head three times with a beer bottle and punched him in the face, leaving Divens bloody and required three stitches June 8. The argument was allegedly over car keys.
