Updating a previous report, an unnamed woman said she had an encounter with San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, WR Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks WR Ricardo Lockette April 1 at a Miami hotel. The woman told police she drank and smoked marijuana with the players and wound up in Kaepernick’s room. She told police that she and Kaepernick both removed their closes but didn’t have sex. Kaepernick later left the room and the woman said she couldn’t remember anything after that. Kaepernick is being investigated for alleged sexual assault, but the investigation is in the ‘beginning stages.’
