San Francisco 49ers LB Kwon Alexander (knee) is expected to return to the field in time for training camp, defensive coordinator Robert Saleh said. He has been held out of action during organized team activities (OTAs) as he still is recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in October when he was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
