Updating a previous report, San Francisco 49ers LB Kwon Alexander (chest) will undergo an MRI on Friday, Nov. 1, to determine the severity of the injury he suffered on Thursday Night Football. The team is hopeful that Alexander did not suffer a torn pectoral muscle, which would be season ending.
