San Francisco 49ers LB NaVorro Bowman’s (knee) surgery may be delayed two to three weeks before doctors can repair his anterior cruciate ligament, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh said Bowman is facing a ‘grueling rehab.’
