San Francisco 49ers DE Nick Bosa (hamstring) had a light workout, as planned, head coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday, July 29. It was the first time putting on pads since last September at Ohio State. ‘I hadn’t taken that long of a break since I was 7 years old. It was different but it was just the best feeling ever, especially the weather out here feels great with no humidity,’ Bosa said. ‘I couldn’t be happier.’
