San Francisco 49ers LB Patrick Willis (groin) did not practice Wednesday, Sept. 25, and is considered questionable for the Week 4 game against the St. Louis Rams Thursday, Sept. 26. LB Michael Wilhoite is expected to start if Willis cannot go.
