Free-agent WR River Cracraft (Eagles) and WR Kevin White (Cardinals) signed one-year contracts with the San Francisco 49ers Thursday, Aug. 27. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team also released WR Jaron Brown and waived DE Jonathan Kongbo (undisclosed) with an injury designation.
