Free-agent OT Andrew Lauderdale (Jaguars) and S Tyree Robinson (49ers) signed one-year contracts with the San Francisco 49ers Wednesday, Aug. 21. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team also waived OT Christian DiLauro and RB Brandon Wilds as well as waived/injured WR Shawn Poindexter (knee).
