Free-agent LS Taybor Pepper (Dolphins) signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers Wednesday, Sept. 30. The team also placed LB Mark Nzeocha (quadriceps) on the Reserve/Injured list and waived LS Kyle Nelson.
