Free-agent QB Kyle Sloter (Raiders) will participate in the Chicago Bears upcoming rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.

Footballguys View: Sloter has played for the Bears before. He had a tryout with them last summer but didn’t land on the practice squad until November. Sloter is just trying to hang on in the league at this point.
