Chicago Bears WR Terrence Toliver is a dark horse to win a roster spot with the team. He has shown gradual improvement with the team and has good size.

Footballguys View: Toliver has great size and overall athleticism, but he was extremely inconsistent at LSU and had to work his way up from the depths of the practice squad and bouncing around the bottom of NFL rosters. He would be a good fit as a backup receiver in Chicago.
