Bengals | A.J. Green wants to stay in Cincinnati

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green told reporters Friday, June 7, he’d like to remain in Cincinnati for the long term as he heads into the final year of a four-year, $60-million contract extension signed in 2015. ‘I can’t see myself playing anywhere else or playing in a different city. Hopefully, I can be here for a couple more years. We’ll see on that part.’

Footballguys View: Green could benefit from a revitalized offense this year, and he can certainly still play at a very high level. If the Bengals don’t intend on extending him, they should trade him this year for picks that will help a team build under a first-year head coach.
