The Cincinnati Bengals do not appear to be close to an agreement with free-agent OT Andre Smith (Bengals) at this point.

Our View: Smith reportedly wanted a salary around $9MM per year earlier this offseason. There’s no way he’s going to get that Left Tackle money. We’ll see if the two sides will find a mutually agreeable number in the near future.
