Cincinnati Bengals RB Rodney Anderson (knee) is a candidate to start the regular season on the Physically Unable to Perform list, in the opinion of The Athletic’s Paul Dehner Jr.

Footballguys View: Anderson is a talented runner who can grind down an opponent with power and determination. However, his injury history from his college days at Oklahoma is a long one. Anderson has talent to be at least part of a RBBC at the pro level, but he’s going to have to get healthy and stay healthy in order to do that. When healthy, Anderson will be No. 3 or No. 4 on the depth chart.
