QB Ryan Finley on Friday, March 19, was traded by the Cincinnati Bengals to the Houston Texans. In exchange, the Bengals will move up an approximate spots late in the 2021 draft via an exchange of undisclosed draft picks. Finley was going to be released prior to the trade.
