The NFL Players Association announced this week that former Cincinnati Bengals TE Ben Utecht (concussion) will receive roughly $925,000, after a long-standing grievance was settled between the two sides. An arbitrator ruled the team shouldn’t have cleared Utecht to play after he suffered a severe concussion in training camp. Utecht is out of football now, and is working as a singer-songwriter.
