Free-agent WR Andre Holmes (Raiders) agreed to terms with the Buffalo Bills Saturday, March 18, according to a source. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Footballguys View: It’s finally final. Holmes hasn’t done much in recent years for the Raiders, but with the Bills he’ll have a chance to get significant playing time. There’s really no other threat behind Sammy Watkins at this time, so Holmes could play as a deep threat with the Bills.
