Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone indicated Tuesday, April 30, that the team’s research indicated they needed a strong-armed quarterback that could handle poor or wet weather conditions like the weather in Buffalo in the fall and winter. When the team worked out QB EJ Manuel in private, the weather was not cooperative. There were thunderstorms, and it was windy, in Tallahassee, but Manuel performed well. That solidified the team’s feelings Manuel could do well in poor weather.
