Buffalo Bills QB EJ Manuel, the No. 16 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, has signed a contract, according to an announcement from the team. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to be worth about $8.9 million over four years. The deal brings all eight of the Bills’ 2013 draft picks under contract.
