Buffalo Bills DT Marcell Dareus was reportedly found with synthetic marijuana, and he was charged with a Class C felony, which carries a minimum of one year in prison under Alabama law. If Dareus had been found with ‘regular’ marijuana for personal use, he would have been charged with only second-degree marijuana possession, a Class A misdemeanor. He’ll face up to a four-game suspension from the league for violating the league’s drug policy.
