Buffalo Bills WR Sammy Watkins was arguably the best player on the field Tuesday, June 3, during organized team activities. Watkins made eight catches, including a 70-yard touchdown catch on a deep-post route, which appeared to be out of a broken play. Bills QB EJ Manuel also hit Watkins on a deep crossing pattern for 25 yards and on a deep ball for a 35-yard gain on the left sideline.
Footballguys View: Watkins is a stud, there’s no doubt about that. He’s got the speed to score anytime he touches the ball. Watkins can make people miss in the open field, and he should command extra attention from the defense from Week 1. His current ADP is WR29 (6.12) in 12-team PPR leagues. He could easily outperform that draft position as a rookie.
