Buffalo Bills WR Sammy Watkins (foot) has not had any setbacks in his rehabilitation from offseason foot surgery, according to head coach Sean McDermott.

Footballguys View: Watkins should be ready to go for the start of training camp in August. This spring in OTAs and minicamp, the Bills will be cautious and take it easy on their star wideout.
