Updating a previous item, Buffalo Bills coach Doug Marrone said QB Thaddeus Lewis’ (ribs) chances of returning to practice this week are 50-50, which would seem to indicate his chances of playing are in serious jeopardy. Marrone said that right now, if Lewis can’t play, QB Jeff Tuel would probably be the starter, but only because he’s been here longer than QB Matt Flynn. Flynn, however, does have NFL experience, so Marrone could also opt to go that way and disregard Tuel’s advantage in regards to knowing the offense.
