Los Angeles Chargers impending free-agent WR Tyrell Williams would provide a much-needed deep threat for QB Josh Allen, according to Bill Barnwell of ESPN.com, and Barnwell believes the Bills should pursue Williams ‘even if it means paying an exorbitant price’ to sign him.
