Buffalo Bills QB Tyrod Taylor’s ‘exceptional mobility’ will remain a prominent part of the offense, according to head coach Sean McDermott.
Footballguys View: Good! That’s an important part of his game, and the team should not try to limit him to being just a pocket passer. Taylor needs to take steps forward as a passer, especially when it comes to throwing with tough on intermediate routes. He’s got the deep stuff down, and he can hit checkdowns but mid-range throws are not his forte. While Taylor is the clear cut starter, and the team doesn’t want a QB at 10th overall in the draft, we still expect them to add a rookie QB for developmental purposes.
