Broncos | Brandon Marshall could hold out

Denver Broncos restricted free-agent LB Brandon M. Marshall may hold out of the Broncos’ offseason program beginning in mid-April in hopes of leveraging a multi-year contract extension. Marshall has already received a second-round tender from Denver worth one year and $2.553 million. Marshall would be able to hold out until June 15 without penalty, at which point the Broncos could re-tender him at a reduced rate of $643,500. The Broncos are expected to conduct their minicamp around June 15.
