The Denver Broncos appear likely to give restricted free-agent CB Chris X. Harris (knee) the second-round tender offer this offseason. The team likely would have given Harris the first-round tender offer if he did not suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

Footballguys View: Harris is an important part of the Broncos secondary. With a knee injury in the playoff game against the Chargers, the market for Harris may be cooled off. We feel he stays with the Broncos in 2014.
