Denver Broncos head coach John Fox said DE Derek Wolfe (illness) has not suffered a setback even though he has not practiced since Dec. 27. ‘I wouldn’t say he had a setback,’ Fox said. ‘This isn’t like an ACL or ankle injury. He’s gradually getting a little more physical activity.’
Footballguys View: Wolfe will need to fully participate in practice for at least two consecutive weeks before he would be cleared to play in a game. There are some rumblings the Broncos could choose to shut down Wolfe for the year.
