Denver Broncos CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle) is expected to miss at least another week because of the high ankle sprain he suffered last week.

Footballguys View: The Broncos have a strong group of young CBs who will get more experience while Rodgers-Cromartie is out. Chris Harris or Tony Carter can replace him for the meantime. The team isn’t going to rush him back as high ankle sprains are known to linger. We may see very little of Rodgers-Cromartie in the preseason as the team wants him ready for week one of the regular season.
