Former Denver Broncos OT Ja’Wuan James is considering filing a grievance through the NFL Players Association for lost wages after he sustained a torn Achilles tendon away from the team’s facility earlier this month, according to a source. James, who was released by the Broncos Friday, May 14, could seek more than $10 million in salary for the 2021 season that the team doesn’t plan to cover after they designated him with a non-football injury.
