Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning is expected to retire after Super Bowl 50 against the Carolina Panthers. ‘The reality is he let the cat out of the bag a little bit,’ NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said. ‘I also know he has told close friends that he expects this to be his last game as well.’
Footballguys View: We wouldn’t be surprised to see Manning hang up his cleats after Super Bowl 50. We’ll see if Manning can go out the same way that Broncos GM John Elway did–as a champion. Manning may not announce a retirement after the game..win or lose. He’s likely to take some time before making that decision public.
