Denver Broncos LB Von Miller (knee) will undergo surgery to fix the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee Wednesday, Jan. 8, and his recovery is expected to take between six and nine months. He has been wearing a brace on his knee for support recently and has been receiving treatment at the team’s facility since he suffered the injury. The surgery will be performed by a surgeon in Dr. James Andrews’ group. Miller didn’t suffer any damage to any other ligament in his knee. He’s expected to miss the team’s offseason program and likely some of training camp.
