Cleveland Browns rookie DE Armonty Bryant admitted Tuesday, June 25, to having a substance abuse problem. However, he said fellow rookie LB Barkevious Mingo, team support and some powerful messages at the NFL’s rookie symposium have been helpful. Bryant was arrested for DUI less than a week after being picked by the Browns in the seventh round of the draft, and he was arrested twice at East Central (Okla.) University for selling $20 worth of marijuana to undercover cops. He said he has sworn off drugs and alcohol, and plays a lot of X-Box while hanging with Mingo.
