Cleveland Browns QB Brian Hoyer received the first snaps during offensive drills Tuesday, May 21. He was followed by QB Tyler Thigpen and QB Johnny Manziel.

Footballguys View: By all outward indications, the Browns are going to make Johnny Manziel earn everything. Manziel was not handed the starting job at Texas A&M, so he has had to win his way up the depth chart before, with success. He is still likely to start at some point this season, and his willingness to run means that he’ll be relevant in fantasy leagues when he does.
