The Cleveland Browns selected University of Southern California QB Cody Kessler with the No. 93 overall pick in the third round of the 2016 NFL draft Friday, April 29.

Footballguys View: Shocking considering Cook is still around and Kessler is such a limited prospect. He makes good decisions but doesn’t have a very strong arm and plays a little too conservative at times. He’s a safety net but no more than that.
