Cleveland Browns QB Cody Kessler will compete with rookie DeShone Kizer, Brock Osweiler and Kevin Hogan for the starting job in camp. While head coach Hue Jackson did not give a timetable to name a starter, he acknowledged Kessler ‘deserves the chance to walk out there first.’
