Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur said he could announce his decision on the team’s starting quarterback anytime between the start of training camp and the first preseason game Aug. 10. In other words, QB Brandon Weeden has a good chance of officially receiving the starting nod over the next couple of weeks.
