The Cleveland Browns haven’t had discussions with impending free-agent QB Brian Hoyer about a contract extension. Hoyer earned a $250,000 roster bonus March 15 and has a $1 million salary in 2014. He can earn another $1.15 million in incentives before becoming a free agent after the season.
