Cleveland Browns RB Isaiah Crowell ran for a career-high 152 yards Sunday, Jan. 1, in a 27-24 overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Crowell carried the ball 19 times, with his longest run a 67-yard scamper for no score.
Footballguys View: Crowell finished only 48 yards short of 1000 while averaging over 4.7 yards per carry on less than 200 carries on the worst team in the league, which is astounding. He’ll return as the starter next year before entering free agency as a 25-year-old in 2018.
