Impending free-agent LB Joe Schobert (Browns) is expected to meet with Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry at the NFL Combine, but Berry acknowledged the Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Mary Kay Cabot that Schobert has ‘earned the right to test the market if he deems that appropriate.’
