The Cleveland Browns selected Oklahoma State CB Justin Gilbert with the eighth overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Footballguys View: At first moving up was an odd choice but the rumor at Radio City is that Detroit was trying to move up for Gilbert as well. So they forced Cleveland’s hand. Gilbert is a solid pick and should improve the secondary quite a bit.
