Cleveland Browns general manager Ray Farmer announced the signings of the following players Monday, May 19: RB Jourdan Brooks (Bengals), WR Taylor Gabriel (Abilene Christian), OL Randall Harris (Towson), DL Jacobbi McDaniel (Florida State), DB Robert Nelson (Arizona State) and TE James Oboh (Towson). Per NFL policy, all rookie contracts are four-year deals. Financial terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
