Cleveland Browns rookie WR Jordan Payton and LB Scooby Wright III signed their four-year rookie deals Thursday, May 12.

Footballguys View: Payton is an interesting later round addition. Given the lack of veteran receivers in Cleveland, and his skillset (possession receiver), Payton could turn into a decent WR3 or WR4 in a PPR league.
