Updating a previous report, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers reached an agreement Wednesday, Jan. 1, with Lovie Smith to become their next head coach. The deal is for four years, according to sources. Smith met with the Glazer family Tuesday, Dec. 31, and was offered the job, and contract talks extended until Wednesday when a deal was reached in the evening.
