Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has reached out to Ben Dogra, the agent for DL Gerald McCoy, in order to begin negotiations on a long-term contract before he becomes a free agent next year. An agreement could be finalized before training camp, although no real timetable exists.
